How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days under normal conditions and 2-4 business days during the holiday season, using USPS or FedEx based on package weight and destination. Once dispatched, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Expedited shipping is available by phone and includes options for FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight shipping at an additional cost.
Technical Issues
What should I do if I can’t complete payment processing for my online order?
Some devices, including iPhones and iPads, may experience issues with order and payment processing. You can:
- Call us during business hours (8 AM to 4:30 PM) to place your order with our sales team.
- Try placing your order from a desktop computer, especially if your shipping address differs from your billing address, which can sometimes cause processing errors.

How can I purchase one of Lockwood brands of firearms?
We do not sell firearms directly to consumers to support our retailers nationwide. You can find a dealer near you using our dealer locator or other internet search methods. Dealers with a federal firearms license can order specific models from us on your behalf.
