Delivery Delays and Limitation of Liability
Get Guns N Ammo shall not be held liable for any delays in shipment or delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, delays by carriers, natural disasters, power failures, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism, government acts or regulations, or any other force majeure events.
Standard and Expedited Shipping
Standard shipping is typically processed within 2-4 business days via USPS or FedEx, based on package weight and destination. During holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by phone before 12:00 PM EST. Available options include FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day Express, with applicable shipping fees charged.
RETURN POLICY
Non-Returnable Items
All sales on special offers, promotional sales, or closeout items are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Defective Products
Get Guns N Ammo stands behind the quality of its products. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us via phone or email within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To process a return or exchange, complete the return/exchange request form included with your original shipment and return the product(s) within the 30-day window.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective items valued at $15.00 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the product to Get Guns N Ammo.
Request Forms
A completed return/exchange request form is necessary to process any returns or exchanges. If you require a new form, contact us to have one sent to you via email or postal mail.
