Purchase and Use Certifications
By purchasing a restricted item, you certify that:
- You have reviewed and comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the use, possession, purchase, and ownership of the item.
- You are legally allowed to use, possess, purchase, and own the restricted items.
- You will not transfer the items contrary to applicable laws.
- The items will be used solely for lawful purposes and you are not associated with any criminal activities.
- You meet the minimum age requirements and any other legal criteria required to purchase these items.
- You are not restricted by law from handling these items.
- You have read and understand the Export Policy and return restrictions on regulated products.
Liability and Warranties
Get Guns N Ammo does not manufacture the products we sell and is not liable for any infringement claims related to third-party intellectual property rights. We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality of the products or the outcomes achieved from using them, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to replacing defective goods.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to your purchase from Get Guns N Ammo will be resolved through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, following its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Legal proceedings, if any, must take place in Chicago, Illinois. Illinois law will govern all transactions.
Ammunition Sales Specifics

Ammunition cannot be returned for any reason, and no refunds will be provided. Please ensure your order is correct before submission.
Due to supply chain issues, there may be limitations on the quantity of ammunition sold to each customer. Prices have risen due to increased costs in labor and materials.
